Terms of service

These cover using VNDR at vndr.gg and in its apps. They are written to be read rather than to be survived.

What VNDR is

A tool for taking stock in, pricing it, labelling it and recording what sold. You keep an account, you keep your own data in it, and you can take it out or delete it whenever you like.

VNDR does not handle your money

When you sell a card, the money goes between you and your customer, by whatever means you two arrange. VNDR records what the sale was. It does not process the payment, hold funds, or sit between you and a buyer, and it is not a marketplace. The only money VNDR takes is your own subscription.

Prices are estimates

Market prices come from third-party feeds and, where no feed covers a product, from our own research. They are a reference, not an appraisal or a guarantee of what anything will sell for. Every pricing decision at your table is yours. Where a figure is hand-entered or missing, the app marks it, and you should check it yourself before it decides a trade.

Your account

• You are responsible for what happens under your login.
• One account is one shop. Do not use VNDR to store anything unlawful, or anyone else’s data without their say-so.
• Your storefront is public only while you leave it switched on, and what appears there is described in the privacy policy.

Subscriptions

The free plan is free. The paid plan bills monthly or annually through Stripe until you cancel, and cancelling stops the next charge — we do not refund time already served unless something on our side was broken. Closing your account cancels the subscription at the same time.

The catalogue is not yours, and your data is not ours

Card data, set data and prices are the platform’s and stay when you leave. Everything about your shop and your stock is yours; we do not sell it, and we do not use it to do anything other than run VNDR for you.

What we do not promise

VNDR is provided as it is. We aim to keep it up and correct, and we cannot guarantee either — so we are not liable for lost sales, lost profit or a decision made on a price the app showed you. Keep your own records of anything you would be sorry to lose.

Ending it

You can close your account from Settings at any time. We may close an account that is being used to break these terms or the law, and would tell you why.
